How often does cuteminis post a new game?
New game will be post bi-weekly on our homepage.
Did cuteminis create the games?
No, we subscribe our games from Mochiads.com.
There a bug in the game, can you fix it?
We have tried and tested the games ourselves before posting it, you may email us your the technical problems related to the game. However, we do not gurantee that we will be able to fix the bug as we are only hosting the games, all source files and programs are belong to Mochiads.com.
The game has ended but my hi-score is gone?
Please click on "submit score" upon ending of the game, else your hi-score will not be captured.
I like the game very much, can I invite my friends to join in?
Yes, you can invite your friends to join in the fun, simply key in their email address and start a challenge game with them. You may also invite friends to play via Facebook.
I am the winner of the week, can I change the prize to some other item?
You can either take the prize or change it to minis point, you are entitled to 300 minis point if you choose to convert your prize to points. Learn more about minis points here. You may save up and convert your minis points for a higher value item, click here to our redemption page.
How do u determine the winner?
We will go to the leaderboard at 12pm (GMT+8), the person with the highest score at that time will get the prize. If your score is higher than the current score but if you are still in the game at 12pm (GMT+8) your score will not be counted. Judging is at the sole and absolute discretion of the judges and all decision made are final.
I am the winner of last week's game, how come my member ID is published on the Hall of Fame?
We will publish your member ID, game name and your prize on the "Hall of Fame" page, we will require you to inform us what item you got since these boxes are sent out randomly. This is a way to inform other members that we are genuine and prizes are being sent out to winners.
I like some of the old games you have hosted before, where can I access to play them?
You may access these old games from Hall of Fame page.
