Why should I sign up a cuteminis member?
As a member, there a lots of benefits and games to play. We will post a new game bi-weekly and a blind box of Re-ment will be given to the top scorer.

Members will also enjoy points collection when you make any purchase with us, to learn more on minis point, click here. On top of that member will get a birthday voucher which he/she is entitled to 10% when he/she make his/her purchase on their birthday month (to learn more click here).

Membership is FREE or charge.

Am I able to change/update my personal settings after signing up?
Yes, you may access to your personal details at any time once you've logged into our system, please change/update your details from the top menu "My Account". Should you encounter any problem with your personal settings, please email us at info@cuteminis.com.

What if I have forgoten my password?
Just click on the "forgot password" link next to the "Enter" button from the Home Page and it will direct to another pagge which you will require to key in your email address which you have registered with us. Your username and password will be sent to your email.

I did not receive the activation email from cuteminis.com, what should I do?
All activation emails are usually sent out within 10 minutes from registration. If you did not receive the email within an hour after registration/resend activation, please check your spam/bulk folders and make sure your email provider does not block email messages originating from the "cuteminis.com" domain. Alternative you may email us at info@cuteminis.com. and we will activate your account manually at our end.

How do I delete my cuteminis account?
If you have decided to delete your account with us, simply write to us at info@cuteminis.com. and we will delete your account manually at our end.
