I would like to return an item which I have purchased from you?
If you're unhappy or change your mind on an item, please return the item within 1 week of receiving it, all items must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Please ensure that it's packed exactly as we shipped, and there is no damage to the outer package.

Do I have to pay the shipment for return purposes?
If you're unhappy or change your mind, and have decided to return us the product, yes you will have to pay for the shipment with insured/registered, as have insured/registered for you.

You have accepted my return, how are you going to refund me?
For international buyers - refund will be made via Paypal or cash vouchers only.
For Malaysian - Bank transfers (except for Maybank, all other banks will have RM2 deduction due to GIRO fee)
Please let us know how do you want us to refund you and we will send you the refund immediately. However cost of shipment will not be refunded.

Is there any cancellation fee?
Status - Processing
If you have changed your mind at this stage, no cancellation fee inccured EXCEPT if you made payment via ipay88 FPX transfer. This is because ipay88 will charge us a fee on the order and the refund via FPX will be from our end, ipay88 will not refund us the transaction fee of 4% on the total order. Our bank is Maybank, if you require us to transfer to another local bank, extra RM2 will be charged due to giro transaction.
Status - Packed
At this stage, we have packed your item and is ready to go to the post office/Skynet office, there'll be a cancellation fee inccured due to the material we have used to wrap your items eg brown paper/stickers/tapes. A fee of RM5/USD2 will be charged for cancellaton of order at this stage. If your order is made via ipay88 FPX transfer, the above mention fee by ipay88 at the processing fee applies.

You have sent me a wrong/duplicate item?
For errors and mistake made at our end, we will resend you the correct item immediately. However, if it's no longer in stock we will refund you the cost of the item and also shipment. We will compensate for the shipping charges to return the item to us.

The item is damaged due to shipment?
Please email us with photos of the damage item(s) at info@cuteminis.com. If your parcel is insured, we will contact the post office to get a refund for you. However Pos Malaysia do not offer insurance to all countries, please click here to check if insurance is available for your country. If you did not add insurance and the parcel is damaged, we are sorry that we will not be able to refund it. Please buy if you only agree to this. We will ensure that all parcel sent out are packed as securely as possible.

The item is broken due to factory defect?
Please email us with photos of the damage item(s) at info@cuteminis.com, we will resolve the matter from there.

This is not what I expected when I ordered it, I want my refund?
