What shipment option do you offer for domestic (Malaysia)?
We offer courier service City-Link Express for shipment within Malaysia. We will inform you of your parcel's tracking number and you may track your parcel online. Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Charges for courier services, please click here.
What shipment option do you offer for international?
We offer 3 types of shipment:
Airmail
If your package weight is 1.5kg or lower, you have a choice to choose to send your package as airmail or air parcel, the difference between these 2 shipments are packages sent via Air Mail cannot be insured only may be sent as registered mails while items sent out via Air Parcell may be insured. We will add registered mail for all packages sent out as Air Mail.
We pack the items as safely possible to avoid damage due to shipment handling, should your items get damaged this is not claimable but lower shipment cost (click here for postage rates) if you are willing to take the risk. Alternately, you can choose our standard shipping (Air Parcel) and add insurance of USD 2.85 to insure them and you can have a good night sleep of the items shipped to your doorstep in good order. Shipment usually takes about 7-14days, please refer to chart here. Air Mail shipping time is same as Air Parcel. However, at times documents might get delayed at custom due to clearance.

Air Parcel service is avaible for all countries, shipment usually takes about 7-14days, please refer to chart here, however at times parcel might get delayed at custom due to clearance. All items sent out via Air Parcel is inclusive of insurance. For Air Parcel shipment price, please check here. All parcels are not insured, if you would like to add insurance, you may do so at the checkout page with additional of RM10/USD2.85
EMS/SpeedPost (CityLinkExpress)
EMS service will cost you more however this is a much safer and faster shipment. Shipment usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach you, please refer to chart here, however at times parcel might get delayed at custom due to clearance.
How fast do you ship my items out?
We usually ship your items out within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. We will send you an email to inform you or your tracking number once your items have been shipped out. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
Once we have shipped out, your package delivery date now depends on the type of delivery used (EMS, air mail, etc) and the courier company itself.
How much is the shipment cost?
Basically the cost of shipment is determine by the total weight of the parcel.
Shipping cost also include the weight of the shipping box and packing materials, so they're based on a weight higher than that of the item alone. You may refer to the chart belows for Pos Malaysia's Air Mail & Air Parcel rate.

What is the handling cost?
Handling cost inclusive of registered mail (for airmail), carton box price/material protection used to protect your items. Handling cost is only applicable for international orders with a flat fee of RM10/USD2.85
Will my parcel be insured?
All parcels are not insured, please add insurance if you want to with additional RM10/USD2.85. Do check if insurance is offered to your country or not because Pos Malaysia do not offer insurance to all countries, you may check from here
My items are damaged due to mishandling of postage, what can you do for me?
If your items are insured, we will get a refund from the post office and refund you the insured amount which is the items amount only, does not include shipping cost.
If your items are not insured, we are sorry that there's nothing much we can do for you if you choose to opt out of insurance because we will not be able to get any refund from the post office.
What if insurance is not offered to my country and I would like to insured my items?
We encourage you to use EMS if insurance is not offered to your country.

Are you able to send to P.O Boxes?
Yes, only via Air Parcel by Pos Malaysia. We are not able to send to PO Boxes via Air Mail or EMS.
For delivery within Malaysia, we are not able to send to PO Boxes because CityLink Express do not offer this service.
I have not received my items, but you said you've shipped it out a long time ago?
We will notify you once we ship your item out with the tracking number. Please check the estimate shipping date for air parcel/airmail here and EMS here. These charts are estimation of the delivery timeframe, at times delivery may be delayed by many factors: incorrect shipping address, custom inspection, etc.
In the meantime, you may wish to check with your local post office and see if your package might be waiting for you to pick it up. Often packages are held for customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box, or you might be required to sign the papers in order for the post office to release your parcel. In those cases, the mail carrier will leave a postcard informing you of this.
Also, please check with family members, if they might have signed it for your behalf and forgot to tell you about it.
We will try our best to deliver your parcel within the timeframe however, circumstances may occasionally delay shipment of product.

Is it possible to declare my value at a lower price?
For insured items we are not able to declare it at a lower value.
What about customs tax? How much will it cost me?
If your country have tax impose on imported items, you will have to pay for the tax. We are NOT responsible for your customs tax. Please check with your country customs on the tax regulations and how much it will cost you.
